Clouds Of Love

On the night I met you, my heart stopped beating;
it froze with desire.
The sound of your voice, your laughter,
your style, your grace, I love to embrace.
On this night for us that should not have been,
what lay ahead nobody could see.
Not just a lover, but a life friend.
A love so rare and free.
You alone started these flames of wanting desire;
a million seas couldn't quench the fire.
I've sailed the storms to receive the love I've sent.
My search is finally over, with you I'm content.
These arms long to hold you near.
For you have made the clouds disappear.
